A man from Skegness has been charged with two counts of possession with intent to supply class A drugs (crack cocaine and other) and being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine. Kyle Messenger, 21, of Pickwell Way, was charged with the offences on Tuesday, 6 January. This followed an incident in which an off-duty police officer was offered drugs. Officers recovered packages later confirmed to be drugs and two mobile phones. Messenger was brought before Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday. He was remanded into custody ahead of his next court appearance. | ||
