Ropery Road in Gainsborough, between the junctions with North Warren Road and Melrose Road, will be closed for the next three to four hours.
This will allow our colleagues at Lincolnshire Fire & Rescue carry out their investigation following the sad death of a man in his 20s in a house fire on Sunday.
