Caught on Camera appeal: Dog attack, Spalding

We would like to speak to a man in connection with a dog attack in Spalding.

At around 7.40pm on 30 May, a dog that was off its lead is believed to have run across Winsover Road and attacked another dog.

The dog that caused the attack and its owner left the scene and walked along St Thomas Road and subsequently Green Lane.

We are now looking to identify the man in the image, who we believe may help our enquiries.
