Lincoln - report of indecent exposure

We are investigating reports that just before 1.15pm on Saturday 4 July, a man described as being a white male, in his 50s, with grey stubble, approximately 5ft 8ins tall and wearing a black hat, beige top and black bottoms exposed himself while standing next to a bench.

The bench is located at the top of Yarborough Hill and where it meets Burton Road, facing the roundabout.  

A 53-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure and an offence of assaulting a constable in the execution of their duties. He has been released under investigation pending further inquiries. 

We are appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident or anyone who may have travelled past the area and who may have recorded footage that will assist our inquiries.
