Appeal: Teacher on a bus who helped administer CPR at Louth collision |
||
|
We’re looking to trace a woman who was at the scene of the fatal collision on Grimsby Road on the A16 near Louth on Monday 6 July. She was one of the first on scene helping to administer CPR to the man who sadly died. It is believed that she was a teacher who was wearing a black top, and had got off of a bus to help. Before anyone could speak with her, she had got back on to the bus and went on her way. Our East Midlands Ambulance Service Unit colleagues couldn’t praise her enough for the assistance she’d offered on the day. We’d really like to speak with her to pass on our thanks, check on her welfare, as someone first on scene, and to know whether she witnessed the collision take place. She may hold vital information for our investigation into the precise circumstances surrounding this sad outcome. If you are that lady, or may know who she is, then please get in touch. You can contact the investigating officer, Detective Sergeant Melissa Ablitt, via the Serious Collision Investigation Unit on: SCIUInvestigators@lincs.police.uk, quoting ‘Incident 301 of 6 July’ in the subject line. Alternatively, you can call 101, quoting ‘Incident 301 of 6 July’. | ||
