||
|
We are appealing for witnesses and information after a woman sustained a head injury during an incident in Skegness. It is believed that the 21-year-old woman was outside Buster’s Bar on Grand Parade in Skegness at around 1am this morning (Sunday August 9) when there was an altercation between a man and a group of around six women, including the victim, though circumstances are not entirely clear. During this, it is thought the injured woman was punched by the man, who was not known to her, causing her to fall back and hit her head on the pavement. She is currently being treated in hospital for serious head injuries. One man, aged 53 from Nottingham, has been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm in connection with this incident and is currently in police custody for questioning. DCI Marc Horsewood said: “We are trying to establish exactly what happened in the lead up to and during this incident, which is why we are appealing for witnesses. Anyone with any information is asked to get in touch on 101 quoting incident 94 of 08/09/26 or email force.control@lincs.police.uk | ||
