Local Priorities Anti Social Behaviour Message

I wanted to provide you with an update regarding Anti Social Behaviour, which people around your area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the priority survey.

You said, we did. Another eScooter taken off the street. This was in Sleaford on Bank Holiday Monday. This serves as a reminder to you all who might own or consider owning an eScooter: they are not legal to be present (let alone ridden) on the road nor other public place in Lincolnshire. They require the rider to have a driving licence AND insurance; No insurer will cover an eScooter in Lincolnshire.
