Attention residents of Cowbit

Information sent on behalf of Lincolnshire Police

Good afternoon.  This is a Lincs Alert message from PCSO Jane Gardner on behalf of the Spalding East Rural Neighbourhood Policing Team.
There has been a spike of criminal activity in the Cowbit area over the last couple of days. 
Incident 76 of 21st Jan was a report of a break in to the garages on the building site on Back Gate this happened overnight 20th/21st
Incident 73 of 21st Jan was a report of a van being broken into on Parkin Road in the early hours of the morning. Two young males were seen at the location between 01:48 and 02:14. Cash and a stereo was taken.
Incident 91 of 20th Jan was a report of a break in to a shed on Barrier Bank which happened overnight 19th/20th
Incident 72 of 20th Jan was a report of a break in to a shed on Parkin Road.
Please keep your outbuildings as secure as possible.  Remove any valuables from your vehicle or put them out of sight. Report any suspicious activity to the police at the time it’s happening.
