Information sent on behalf of Lincolnshire Police

Good evening

This is Police Support Volunteer Christina Ivett at Horncastle NPT.

On Friday evening, 7 February, a wheelie bin was set on fire, in Banks Street and was discovered by officers on partrol.  A member of the public had called Fire and Rescue.  There is no evidence though CCTV may be obtainable.

If  anyone has seen any suspicious behaviour relating to this offence, please ring Crime Stoppers 0800 555 11, quoting Incident Number 512 of the 7 February.

Please remember, several small pieces of information submitted by members of the public can be put together to help the police investigation, so any observations are helpful.

Thank you for your help.

Christina Ivett
