Alert message sent 08/03/2020 09:59:00

Information sent on behalf of Lincolnshire Police

Good morning

This is PSV Chris Ivett at Horncastle NPT

There have been two incidents of criminal damage to vehicles overnight in our area recently and we are appealing for any information or witnesses to assist us with enquiries.

Overnight on the 3rd/4th March, a vehicle on Lincoln Road, Horncastle was smeared in dog faeces .  (Incident Number 241 of the 4th March).  The vehicle is regularly parked on the road and there have been no previous occurrences.

Also on the 3rd/4th March between the hours of 2015 and 0530, a vehicle parked on Prospect Street on the road, in Horncastle was damaged. There was a dent on the driver’s side and some white paint which indicates the involvement of another vehicle. (Incident Number 26 of the 4th March).

Please ring our non-emergency number 101, quoting the relevant incident number and the date, if you can help us.

Thank you.

Chris Ivett
Police Support volunteer.
